Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes, and it is not a crippled one. Logging workouts, unlimited history, personal records and progress charts are all free forever. Pro adds AI coaching and the analytics built on top of your log.
Do I need a card to try Pro?
No. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro with no card and no commitment. When the trial ends you drop to the free plan automatically — nothing is charged, and you keep everything you have logged.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account settings. You keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, then move to the free plan. Your training history stays exactly where it is.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your sessions, sets, records and history remain and stay fully readable on the free plan. You only lose the Pro features themselves.
Which currency am I charged in?
US dollars, wherever you are. Your bank converts at its own rate if your account is in another currency.
Is the AI coaching actually useful?
It reads your logged sets and suggests the next session's weights, flags exercises that are stalling, and answers in-workout prompts about why a set went the way it did. It is a suggestion engine, not a coach with eyes on your form — every recommendation is yours to accept or reject.
