### How are credits counted?
- 1 credit = 1 email found via Domain Search, Email Finder, or Bulk Email Finder
- 1 credit = up to 10 emails found via Bulk Domain Search
- 0.5 credit = 1 email verified via Email Verifier or Bulk Email Verifier
### I just want to use Hunter once to export data. Is it possible?
Yes. You're free to take a subscription just for one month and cancel it when your work is done.
### Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can change or cancel your plan at any time in your dashboard. Once you have canceled, you'll still have access to your premium plan until the end of your subscription cycle.
### Can I share my subscription with my team?
Yes! You are free to add team members to share your subscription with. In this case, all the members will share the common monthly quotas provided in the plan.
### How are credits counted when using the Domain Search?
In the Domain Search, 1 credit is used for each email found, while in the Bulk Domain Search, 1 credit is used for up to 10 emails found. If no emails are found, no credits are used.
### How are searches counted when using the Email Finder?
1 credit is counted for each email found using the Email Finder. If the email address can't be found, it's free.
### How are credits counted when using the Email Verifier?
0.5 credit is counted per verified email. If we fail to verify, no credit is counted; in this case, the verification status returned is Unknown. Hunter does not verify disposable email addresses. They are automatically skipped, and no verification credit is counted.
### Are the same email searches or verifications made several times counted each time?
No. The same email searches or verifications are counted once per billing period.
### How many users can use the same plan?
You can invite as many team members as you'd like at no extra cost. Everyone added will share the same pool of credits included in your plan.
### What about searches made using the browser extension or the Google Sheets add-on?
Credits are counted the same way wherever they are done, using the web app, the API, the browser extension, the Google Sheets add-on, or any other products.
### Do you offer any discounts for non-profit organizations?
Yes, we offer a special 30% discount on monthly plans for non-profits. To qualify for the discount, you must be a registered non-profit organization (501(c) status in the US). The discount applies to all our plans.
Once you’ve signed up, email us at contact@hunter.io with the necessary documentation to verify your status, and we will assist you in applying the discount to your subscription. Please note that the discount cannot be combined with other promotions or offers, and it is subject to our standard terms and conditions.
