LiveChat pricing for new trials now lives here, as Text plans. Text is the next product from the team behind LiveChat. It keeps the live chat you came for and adds a shared inbox, ticketing, and an AI Agent in the same workspace, on one subscription. Nothing changes for existing LiveChat customers. Your LiveChat account, plan, and price stay exactly as they are, and you can keep logging in here. If you want to see how your current LiveChat plan compares, the current LiveChat plans stay on the LiveChat pricing page.

Which plan is right for my team?

Essential: For small teams earning their first revenue from chat. It includes 1 AI Agent, 10 AI resolutions a month, and tracking for 50 live visitors. Conversation and file history: 60 days.

Growth: For scaling teams that want chat to drive revenue. It includes 10 AI Agents, 200 AI resolutions a month, and tracking for 400 live visitors. Conversation and file history: unlimited.

Enterprise: Custom AI, built and run for you. Backed by a team focused on your revenue goals.

I compared LiveChat plans before. Which Text plan matches mine?

Text plans have a different feature mix from LiveChat plans. Compare Essential, Growth, and Enterprise in the table above against the features your team uses. How does the free trial work, and what happens when it ends?

The free trial runs for 14 days on Essential and Growth and does not ask for a credit card. You get the full plan during the trial, so your team can put the chat widget on your website, invite colleagues, and run real conversations. At trial expiration you choose a plan and billing period and add a payment method, and your workspace, chat history, and settings carry over. Because no card is collected upfront, you are never charged automatically when the trial ends, and there is nothing to cancel if Text is not for you.

What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?

Prices are per user per month. With annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront. Monthly billing lets you pay each month and cancel anytime.

Essential costs $19 per user per month with annual billing, or $228 per user per year. With monthly billing, it costs $25 per user per month. Annual billing saves about 24%.

Growth costs $79 per user per month with annual billing, or $948 per user per year. With monthly billing, it costs $99 per user per month. Annual billing saves about 20%.

Over a year, a five-person Growth team saves $1,200 by choosing annual billing.

How much will a team of three or ten pay?

Three people on Essential pay $57 a month with annual billing, paid upfront for the year, or $75 billed monthly. Three people on Growth pay $237 a month with annual billing, paid upfront for the year, or $297 billed monthly.

Ten users on Growth pay $790 a month with annual billing, including 200 AI resolutions a month. If you need 350 AI resolutions, three extra packages of 50 cost $148.50. Use the plan builder above for your own numbers.

Do I pay per user? How many users can I add?

Yes. Text pricing is per user per month, and every user who logs in to answer chats or tickets needs a seat. There is no minimum team size, so a team of one can start on Essential. Essential and Growth have no fixed user cap for self-service teams. Larger teams, or teams that need custom usage limits, single sign-on, or invoicing, are a fit for the Enterprise plan.

What counts as an AI resolution, and what if I need more?

One resolution = the AI directly solved a customer question. Multiple questions in the same chat still count as one.

Essential includes 10 AI resolutions a month, and Growth includes 200. Add extra packages of 50 AI resolutions from your billing settings whenever you need them. A package of 50 costs $49.50 on Essential or $49.50 on Growth. Enterprise usage is agreed in your custom offer.

Are there any additional costs?

Extra AI resolutions come in packages of 50, priced at $49.50 on Essential and $49.50 on Growth. Add extra packages of 50 AI resolutions from your billing settings whenever you need them.

Essential includes 10,000 API calls a month, and Growth includes 20,000. Extra packages of 100,000 API calls cost $29.50 on Essential and $29.50 on Growth. Buy 100,000 extra API calls anytime you need to scale up.

Some third-party apps in the Marketplace have their own fees set by their developers. Sales tax may apply depending on where your business is located.

Do I need to pay sales tax?

If you do business in a state where we are required to collect sales tax, we use your ZIP code to determine the correct tax rate and add it to your invoice. Prices on this page are shown before tax. Businesses outside the United States may be charged VAT or an equivalent local tax according to local rules.

How do plan changes and cancellation work?

You can upgrade, downgrade, or add and remove users at any time from the subscription settings in the app. Plan changes take effect on your next billing cycle. Monthly plans have no long-term contract and can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans run for the 12 months you paid for and can be adjusted or cancelled at renewal.

How do I read the comparison table?

A check means the feature is in the plan, a number is the plan limit, and a price marks an optional add-on. Visitor tracking limits are the number of live visitors you can watch at the same time. AI resolutions reset every month. Teams, workflow rules, campaigns, and API calls are per account, so adding people does not shrink anyone's allowance.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle so your chat keeps running. All prices are in USD. Enterprise customers can pay with purchase orders and annual invoices instead of a company card.
