How much does Dashlane cost for businesses?

Dashlane business solutions are delivered through the Dashlane Omnix® platform. There are three pricing packages to choose from: Omnix Password Management, Omnix Credential Protection, and Omnix Enterprise. 

The Omnix Password Management package costs $8 per user per month (billed annually) and includes a 14-day free trial. Omnix Credential Protection costs $4 per user per month (billed annually).

What is the difference between Password Management and Credential Protection?

Both packages are deployed through the Dashlane browser extension, but they target different areas of workforce risk. Password Management focuses on securing everyday employee credentials. It includes password and passkey protection, AI-Powered Autofill, secure credential sharing, and configurable Admin Vault Policies. It's ideal for establishing strong password hygiene and eliminating daily password friction.  

Credential Protection is a proactive security layer designed to detect and respond to credential risks across your entire workforce—regardless of whether employees actively use a password vault. It features browser-native AI Phishing Detection, Credential Risk Detection (which monitors for exposed credentials outside of SSO), and automated Credential Risk Alerts to stop breaches at the point of use.

What is included in Dashlane Credential Protection?

Credential Protection is designed to close the gaps left by traditional password managers by providing day-one browser-native visibility and real-time defense. It includes:  

Credential Risk Detection: Monitors employee logins across all web domains—even those outside of SSO—to detect and alert on weak, reused, or compromised passwords.  

AI Phishing Detection & Alerts: Leverages a proprietary AI model to detect malicious phishing domains in real time, warning employees before they can submit their credentials.  

Insights Dashboard: Provides admins with centralized Risk and Remediation Insights to track improvements in the organizational health score without compromising employee privacy.  

Risk Notifications & Integrations: Sends automated reminders (including Slack notifications) to direct employees to self-remediate and integrates seamlessly with your existing SIEM, SOAR, or IGA tech stack.
