Our own price

On a shelf label, like everything else.

We track price increases for a living, so ours is published with its full history. If it ever moves, you'll read about it here first — dated, with the old number crossed out.

The record applies to us

Our price, on our own shelf.

The same label we print for every product we track. If this number ever changes, the old one gets crossed out — publicly, with a date.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers.

What stays free?

All of the record: every product page, every dated price change, every archived source, the monthly change archives, and the RSS feed. A free account adds 3 watched products with a weekly digest. The public pages will never move behind a login.

How fast are the alerts?

MarkupBot checks pricing pages on an adaptive schedule — hot pages several times a day. Operator subscribers get an email (or Slack message) the day a change is published, with the old figure, the new one, and a link to the archived capture.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Billing runs on Polar; you can cancel from the billing page in one click and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No calls, no retention flow.

What does the Data feed return?

JSON over REST: the product catalogue, every immutable plan version with effective dates, and the full change log — the same data as the public pages, machine-readable, 5,000 requests a day per key. See /api-docs for the endpoints.

What if the record is wrong?

Tell us. Corrections are public: every accepted correction is published at /corrections with what changed and when. The record only works if it can be checked.

A promise

Watchlists are private.

What you watch is never sold, never aggregated for vendors, and never used for targeting. The public pages contain public data only. Analytics are cookieless.
